"DO NOT GO HERE! This office and it’s providers are the most incompetent I’ve ever seen. They have misdiagnosed myself and my family multiple times. They refuse to treat you, they violate patients rights. I had a gallstone the size of a gulf ball and they told me I needed physical therapy for my pain, only after I refused therapy and demanded an ultrasound that’s when the stone was found and I required surgery. I had a severe adverse reaction to a medication they prescribed me so they prescribed me the same classification medication in a stronger dose which caused an even worse reaction. They refused to treat my husbands chest pain and would not even evaluate him in the office. My 12 year old daughter with a history of mental health issues expressed suicidal ideation to Nicole and she refused to treat her depression and offered no resources she basically told us good luck. I could go on all day about their incompetence. I am an RN and have worked with many providers, this office is TERRIBLE and the staff is very rude! I have made a formal complaint with Promedica and LARA. If I could give negative stars I would."
