"Worst experience I've ever dealt with in Healthcare. After not receiving any information, no address, no phone number, no door number they canceled my appointment and placed me as a no show (when I was in the front lobby having my insurance verified). The front desk person thought this also was ridiculous and walked me to the office and asked that they see me being that I was on time I was just upfront with registration. They refused and stated I needed to reschedule. Blaming the patient (me) for not having the address from "the packet" I should have received in the mail (which I explained on the phone I never received). I was repeatedly interrupted and disrespected by the staff scheduler/front desk. As someone who also works in Healthcare they could not have handled this situation worse. I was given an appointment time in which I showed up on time. They had called me days prior confirming this time. Putting the blame on the patient for them forgetting to mail a packet, then being bluntly disrespectful is not only a poor look on the staff but the practice as a whole. I will not be returning to this office, nor will I ever recommend anyone to this office."
