"I have been bringing my mother here for the past few years and the quality of care/service has fallen drastically since we first started going there. In the past we had to wait a reasonable amount of time for our appointments, but since being switched to Dr. Hussain after her previous doctor retired, we have had to wait 45 minutes to an hour + past our appointment time every single time we have visited. Either it is an issue with the doctor not managing his time well or appointments needs to be scheduled differently. On our most recently visit I asked the doctor a simple question and he answered in a dismissive and condescending manner. I understand that this is a cancer facility and appointments can take longer because of their sensitive nature, but a person's time must be respected as well. If I have to leave work to take someone to an appointment, I should be notified if they are running so far behind that it takes an hour to be seen by the doctor. Would never consider going here as a patient myself and would never recommend this facility, or Dr. Hussain to anyone."

"I would like to thank the staff I had a reaction to one of my medicines and fainted it was some many staff ⚕️ members attended to me I felt like the president. I can't even say on e name because it was a group effort."

"Biggest waste of time, I will never go back. I was scheduled for an iron infusion in the middle of my work day, which they knew, and sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes after my scheduled time. When I was finally taken back, I had to sit for another 15 before the Dr came in. I was scheduled at their Elkhart location, a 30 minute drive from me, just for no one to know what was going on. The Dr thought I had my infusion already even though that’s literally why I was there. They did my pre labs a week in advance and never called me to confirm the appointment was necessary. I just wasted 2 hours of my work day for absolutely no reason."

The front desk lady I spoke with today was phenomenal, she let me know that she was a new employee and was still learning but would do her best to answer any questions I had along with directing me to where I should be along the way. I can’t say enough good things about this place or the employees."
