"My dad had scans done last week. No one bothered to call us to let us know that his cancer spread. We had to call and get the results ourselves - a WEEK later!!! He and our family are just another number to this doctor and this office. Apparently they're not intelligent enough to realize that every second counts when treating cancer!!
