We understand lack of staff just give us a choice to wait or come back another day."

"The website clearly states 7am as the open time .The sign on the building says 8AM. Why have a website if you aren't going to have accurate information on it? Sitting in parking lot for 30minutes waiting for it open rather than drive 15 miles back home!"

"I interned here through Ferris State, and even though it was a renowned and well equipped lab, the staff were too busy to give me the attention and in depth instruction I deserved as a student. Also, the daily greeting from most staff and middle management was, "I'm here." Poor attitude and snide comments were abound. The staff seemed burned out on the work and gave me the impression that they resented my positivity, confidence, and being eager to perform and learn. I would work here when the management can motivate the staff to appreciate their work and reflect that in their attitude. Patient care was top priority as it should be, but my internship experience was not a priority at all."
