"Beware of the changing/add on prices. Dropped our dog off, asked the price, and prepaid at drop off so another family member could pick the dog up without having to pay. Even left a tip before I left. Found out later they charged my family member an “extra work fee”. I was under the impression the price was set prior to, not after the dog has been groomed. Plus, the groomer didn’t trim the feet, face, or tail, so we had to do that afterwards. Won’t be going back."
