I've reached out over and over again and have never been able to reach a human being. They might give the best massages in the world but they have the worst customer services I've ever experienced. It has been a wasted $160 and a blown anniversary opportunity. I'm currently trying to get Groupon to refund me for these massages so I can take my business somewhere else. Do better by your customers and learn how to manage your new income business."

"Very friendly, great, and helpful, but the problem with giving glowing reviews is then they get busy and it’s hard to get an appointment, but massage is really, really good and they listen to and take care of aches and pains that may me bothering you, or just make it a relaxing hour if that’s the request. They deserve this 5 star review."
