"Wow wow wow. That was the most phenomenal massage I have ever had. I did the deep tissue for 90 minutes and floated out of the building when I was done. Kim did a fantastic job on targeting the problem areas we talked about before the massage and of course found some more areas during the massage. I admit I did want to pass right out on the table when the massage was over. The room was clean and calm and the table warmer had me sinking into it! I’m still on cloud 9 writing this review. "I brought my daughter who's visiting from California for our first float spa experience to Sirona Wellness Spa and we were not disappointed! The owners, Jason and Taylor, were very accommodating and professional . The building has a beautiful outdoor mural and the inside is very clean, well-decorated and calming. There are 2 Float rooms which are dimly-lit in soft hues of pink and blue. There is a great shower head in each room which you have to use before and after getting in and out of the tub and they provide towels, a robe, shampoo and body wash, a pair of ear plugs and a head rest. The one hour float experience was very relaxing and is a terrific way to get away from it all. I highly recommend this place!"

"Before going to Sirona: I spend a lot of time outdoors, so my skin is pretty dry, and full of bruises and mosquito bites. My mind is overactive as a person with ADHD, and my anxiety runs pretty high. Honestly I can be a little high strung sometimes due to the stress I'm under. I also have really oily/ acne prone skin with blemishes, and I have a connective tissue disorder which is similar to the symptoms one would have with fibro, and feeling like my body's been hit by a mac truck- I'm always sore and achy. After my float at SIRONA, my skin felt silky smooth (I love the way the dried salt feels on my face, it's so exfoliating!) and my mosquito bites were no longer itchy and inflamed. My bruises seemed to have lessened in color as well. My musculoskeletal system is happy happy happy after floating in the tank for an hour- the aches virtually disappeared and my mind feels at ease and less over-active since I was able to focus on deep breathing rather than outside worries during the session. I really feel like my fight or flight was turned off for the day and helped me regulate my anxiety and nervous system. (Don't forget your hair brush! Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is readily available!)"
