"Awful..... from billing department to the motor city medical group. Been going there for years and the past few months not sure what changed but their patient care went right out the window. They first won't see you unless a card is on file, along with any kind of balance even though will just charge that card you have on file with them whenever they want. No joke one month was charged 4 times. And there is nothing you can do about it. Go elsewhere!!"

"My children and I have been with h3 for about 7 years. They were wonderful in the beginning. Over the last year it has been nothing but a freaking headache. No one returns calls. My child has 2 insurances, yet they only charge one of them. My daughter is struggling her therapist hasn't gotten back to us in months and the office said they would find her another a not a word for months. Now she has to ween off meds so we can go else where bc they won't fill her meds without seeing the Drcant see dr if you are doing therpy this is the WORST place to go for help, itll cause more issues than anything. . H3- HAVIC, Horrible Help I get it now what it means. This place needs to be shut down and from all the other comments recently IM NOT ALONE!"

"I never trust a doctors office that forces you to put a card on file in order to be seen, then their bills are OUTRAGEOUSLY high and they will automatically charge your account even BEFORE sending the bill through insurance. I’m now going to BIOLOGICAL PSYCHIATRIC CENTER and they are so much better and the visits are $100 cheaper for the same kind of visit (out of pocket pay) I’ve worked in doctors offices for years and I know there are ways to manipulate billing by putting in certain codes to make sure it’s charged as a more expensive visit and I can guarantee this office does this and I will not be surprised when it closes down due to Medicaid fraud from overbilling. Also forgot to mention they charged me $250 for a missed appointment. $250."

"Good luck becoming a patient. Needlessly complicated intake forms that are given to you one at a time- thru email... call back to maybe get scheduled... nope more forms.... can we schedule an appointment now? Nope you missed something on the form that doesn't even apply to you... forgot to enter your blood type (yes it's on the form). Bunch of people working from home who think they made things easier on patients. Rude... poor communication... does not return calls... Ridiculous."

"I was so excited once my friend told me about this place! I was so hopeful after reading their website. I was on a waiting list for over three months due to my insurance and needing a provider who was in network with my insurance. I finally got to set up my profile and even went as far to schedule the online intake. Then, the day before, I was told there are no providers to take me on anymore. Within two days of being told they had someone for me… I was bummed, reached out to them and was told they would keep in contact and update me within a week. It’s now been two-three months with no update and it’s just wildly frustrating to get your hopes up that they finally had someone to take you on as a patient and then be told never mind. Unprofessional and no follow up. I’m very disappointed."
