"Update 2/20/24: While I appreciate the company's willingness to work with our family to rectify the billing situation and I do not find Early Autism Services to be great at communicating by any means. Whilst our child was without a solid ABA therapy team for 3 months, and no team at all for 1 month, and we've only utilized their services for 6 months mind you, we were charged for back to back ABA supervision/ABA protocol modification because the BCBA was providing direct ABA therapy in place of my our child receiving direct ABA therapy from an ABA behavior technician... Because well there was no ABA technician. One of my son's ABA technicians quit EAS within the first two months of being on our sons's team and no replacement was found. The second technician was not great and quit EAS at the very beginning of January. Had a behavior tech been providing the service of direct ABA therapy, it would have equated to more hours for the same price. While the BCBA did work well with our child, was it anymore spectacular than that of a good behavior technician? No. Does EAS have good and consistent behavior technicians? Not that I've met. The BCBA was providing direct therapy and ABA supervision of herself for the last month. It did not make sense for billing purposes and was not clarified at all to us. I do not look forward to working EAS in the future, but as many families know, finding another ABA company isn't easy. I feel that while some strides have been made for our child developmentally, I cannot give much credit to EAS except that it provided awesome services at times that gave me hope with sticking with the company, but for the majority of our experience it has been glorified babysitting. Previous review February 2024: "Unethical billing practices, repeatedly billing for codes that do not make sense or were not medically necessary. Inconsistent scheduling and high behavior technician turn over. Would not recommend.""
"My son Ramiz had been with EAS for six yrs and I haven't regretted a single moment with them. My son's BCBA, Kelly, who had just started as a therapist back when we started our services, has/had been the most influential person in my son's life. Ramiz, as a three yr old, was not speaking any words, had no eye contact whatsoever, lots of behavioral concerns, and didn't even see his own parents AS PARENTS. Jessica, who was Ramiz's BCBA back then (and the one who fought really hard to get our son the services he deserved) assigned Ramiz a team of five therapists who worked with him at home with love and determination. The number of therapists declined over the yrs( covid also changed a lot) and some of them left too but Ramizs progress didn't decline. Kelly worked with him like she would with her own son. At times i thought she knew/understood my son more than me. She knew what he needed when he needed and how to calm him down. She has really brought a big difference in our life and Ramiz's life. My son just recently graduated from the program and now can he not only speak, he is being gradually transitioned into General Ed class. I am forever grateful to EAS and their services."
"I really loved bringing my son into the clinic for social group. I loved that his therapist was there with him and thought it was great idea to be run like that and he enjoyed it very much."
