"If you've been seeing a therapist you connect with for a long time and you're making progress with, their supervisor may decide to discharge you from their care with no advance warning. They'll recommend you to a higher level of care immediately, which seemed highly unprofessional to me. I've since talked to about a dozen mental health care professionals and they all agreed it was unethical and unprofessional to discharge me without helping me get further care. Hopefully they find new management soon, as their current practices could seriously jeopardize patients' lives. It's especially disappointing and concerning as they claim to be a business founded on Christian principles."
