"I reviewed this place 6 years ago when I was a young teen, but now that I am older I feel the need to let others know just how awful I was treated here. Now, this was 6 years ago, so whether or not staff has changed is not something I have knowledge of. But as of 6 years ago this was true. I went here for therapy for myself and for family therapy, and I cannot express just how unprofessional the therapist was. I'm not sure if she was even licensed to be a therapist. But if she was, then I am truly astounded that was allowed to happen. She constantly yelled and degraded me and told me how horrible of a person I am. My mother was emotionally abusive, yet the therapist here sided with my mom on everything. What sticks out the most is when the therapist here told me I will end up in jail one day for hurting or killing my mom and sister. To this day I cannot shake the belief that deep down I am actually an evil person because that is what I was told. To put her claim into context, I went to a conservative Christian prep school by choice, and despite now being old enough to drink, I have never drank, smoked, vaped, or done any substances not legally prescribed to me. I've been celibate & sober my entire life. I have also been violent towards anyone either. I would cry so hard every time I had to go here, and I do not understand why someone supposed to be a therapist would ever treat a child like that. -------------------- Edit: My name has been legally changed since I was a patient, so my current name would not show up in records. "I could NOT say enough good things about this office. They are extremely flexible. The entire front desk staff and Talia (therapist) are so understanding when you’re on a time crunch or miss your appointment. I’ve been through a few mental health offices and this one is by far the best. You’re not just another patient, they truly try to help like your their own family. Love them!!!!!"

"Have had continued poor service from this counseling center. The front desk is very unorganized, gets patients confused, only has paper records and has had many billing issues. When I had my intake the provider was unprepared, hadn't read any of the information they request to be completed prior. Spoke to me with the door open in a completely inappropriate and non supportive manner. I had follow up appointments with another provider where my medication management was mishandled and I continued to be charged for visits without finding something that worked before reaching my financial limitation. Upon requesting my medical records for transfer to another provider outside of this office, they state these are not directly available and there will be a $30 charge. I have had much time and money invested in this center without any progress, mental health care shouldn't be this difficult."
