"Just the worst. Was ordered to go there years ago. How does a guy with 2 dui's, who tried to quash evidence of the 2nd on a technicality (he was denied) decide if others have "taken responsibility for their actions"? Not to mention the conflict of interest that his wife was the one sending people there to determine if they needed to pay him for supervision. Just a total joke. Avoid at all cost if you can."

"I totally understand why these reviews are so horrible. I went to see John years ago of my own accord, not court ordered. I was immediately bullied and told that I was a number of things that I knew I was not. This was so I could be fit into a "box" or particular profile and then treated based on a prescribed manner in push button fashion. This is what an an idiot does because they are either too stupid, lazy, arrogant or all of the above to actually treat a person on their own merits! I opted to leave after about 6 weeks as opposed to jumping over his desk and doing something I would regret because that's not who I am. The visceral anger that many of these reviewers obviously feel is palpable though given how miscast this man is in his role. It is a disgrace to decent mental health clinicians that this man is amongst them and Oakland County could do far better in vendor procurement!"

"Please don’t go here. Find a different solution. I wasn’t the parent whose visits needed to be supervised but was treated so poorly. Patty was the worst “counselor”, they left my kids alone with Dad, allowed him to show them messages typed on his phone, and were so rude to me and my children. The building is disgusting and I get mad every time I think about this place. What a horrible business. Wish I knew enough people to shut it down."

"Wasting my time. I called to enroll and was informed the next intake would be the following week and was instructed to submit my forms. I submitted them and called back to schedule for the intake and was informed that a letter was sent to my house and to call back upon receiving the letter....The letter says "contact us directly to arrange Intake/orientation"!!! WASTE OF TIME - I wish there were more options in the area"

"Here's the deal with Impact services. John Neumann is complete trash. His wife works for the friend of the court so his revenue is completely depended on the rigged court system. He is not interested in your child's well being. It is all about money. I would say to avoid him at all cost, but you can't if you are divorced in Oakland county. Fortunately my daughter and I are done with him. Now I can leave a honest review without being punished. I would think that there are a lot of moms out there that are being intimidated by this man."
