"edit: My 1st appt with the 3rd therapist was very good, and they responded. As great as the receptionist is, my personal experience has been a bit of a nightmare in a setting where this sort of thing really shouldn't happen. Call it bad luck, but here's what has happened: 1. First therapist, after my initial appointment, is on leave. 2. 2nd therapist decided they didn't want to do in-person therapy (let's be honest, in-person is far superior for many reasons). 3. 3rd therapist was not able to see me in-person, same day they let me know, and now I am switching to online. Hopefully just for today. Again, could be bad luck, but the initial sentiment is not very professional."
