The office is small (in a good, cozy way!) and the team is warm and friendly -- they make the space feel comfortable, relaxed, and familiar. They are flexible with scheduling and the location is easy to get to. Alyssa has done a great job helping me manage my injury -- she answers my questions, explains what she's doing during treatment, and has given me lots of great things to work on at home. I've gotten relief from pain and I'm moving more strongly and confidently!"

"I came in for neck tension and learned so much about how the avoid it by strengthening under utilized muscles. Learning to recognize what muscles I’m using has helped me have less muscle tension and better overall balanced strength. Which I’m sure will continue to improve using what I have learned.
