"I have been seeing a therapist with International Journey Counseling for years. This morning, I cancelled an appointment for my 4 year old who is dealing with the aftermath of a shooting that occurred a few months ago. Despite my repeated communications with Intentional Journey regarding this and the fact that the state's victim fund will be paying for therapy, they attempted to charge me $105 for missing an appointment. Prior to her first appointment, I was hounded for insurance information despite, once again, the fact that the state's victim fund is paying for her therapy. We will not be returning and I urge anyone who is struggling financially or obtaining services through the state's victim fund to avoid this place at all costs."
