"After 4-5 years of being on the same medication for my ADHD, that dr Mohammed prescribed, I was doing great and stayed focused. I had to transfer to bill because i moved. I saw this guy for an almost a year and had maybe 3 appointments if that. Last one being last month. He looks at my Bronson my chart and okays everything because I’ve been doing so well the last few years. I call and get my prescription no problem last month.. I call to get my prescription of Adderall filled yesterday and he cuts me off cold turkey. No warning wouldn’t talk to me. Scheduled me out for over a week knowing I work 3rd shift and have a 5 year old son that i primarily care for. I had to leave work because I was so all over the place and could not remain focused. I called the delano clinic and was advised to talk to the manager. I ended up leaving a message with her at 1130am. She has yet to call me back…. My advice is SAVE TIME, MONEY and your MENTAL WELL BEING!!!. Seek alternative treatment. He doesn’t not care about his patient or what’s working for them.. he couldn’t pick anyone of his patients out of a line up because he doesn’t care enough to remember who you are or what your dealing with….UPDATE!! Replaced my adderal today 10/20/23 with qelbree a medication used in children 6-17 years of age! Reminder I’m about to turn 33.. all I can say is WOW"

"I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. After quickly flipping multiple antipsychotic medications (literally a gallon bag of med bottles) and stopping a benzodiazepine, with no taper after seven years of use, he destroyed my life. That was six years ago. I’m now on permanent disability. My brain and nervous system has not recovered. Please check with the state licensing board for complaints before scheduling an appointment with this practitioner. Unfortunately, I was unable to sue this practitioner for malpractice because the statue limitations ran out before I was able to receive enough rehab for my brain and nervous system to fight for myself. One star is too gracious. It is sad to see that he is still affecting patients in the same manner."

"If I could give a zero star review I would. This Nurse Practitioner does not care about his patients. He doesn’t listen to his patients. He will experiment on you with countless medications and encourage you to take them anyway. Even after you tell them the medication is not helping and are having negative or no effects. He has even gotten rude and dismissive of me. He will set your appointments three months apart. (Even knowing your having a very hard time) Then he will push another medication on you without any consideration if it will work or make further problems for the patients other medical problems. He just collects his money and gives you another appointment months away with no relief in sight. Please don’t let this man waste your time and further your mental illness. He does not care!!!"
