"Betty is an amazing human, who has helped me throughout my most difficult times. I’ve been seeing her for almost 8yrs and she is filled with a wealth of knowledge and tools that I still to this day utilize. Her patience is impeccable and the way that she cares about you, makes you feel like you are the most important person. I matter in that room even if I don’t matter anywhere else. She is the person you want in your corner when all else is dark. She’s has never once gave up on me and has always validated my experiences when everyone else has blocked me out. I don’t think I’d be here without her. I’m forever grateful for her and her team’s dedication to not only helping me but also my sister. We are stronger because of the help they provide."

"Avoid at all costs. They WILL abandon you in your time of need and they do not care about their unethical practices. Difficult communication. And when I DO hear from someone, it is cold and emotionless. Therapist was fine, but this is the worst practice I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. They’ve left me with trauma I didn’t have prior to starting treatment. Edit: The generic and basic reply from the owner to this review doesn’t change the fact that I’ve tried so hard to get her to address my concerns only to be told she wouldn’t reply to my emails anymore because apparently requesting my therapist to address my concerns herself was too difficult. Not to mention the referrals they gave me are inaccessible. The practice has now been reported for client abandonment. I wish I could say I’m sorry, Betty. Unfortunately, I am not."

"They dropped my teen as a patient for no explainable reason stating due to attendance. They send a reminder about appts and you are supposed to confirm or cancel which we did every time. This is terrible practice as we had a really hard time finding a good fit for my daughter with mental health issues and now have no idea where to go for her therapy."

"They cancelled my fiance as a client for being disabled. She was told it would be okay if she couldn't make it to her appointments sometimes due to health reasons but they didn't uphold that at all and the owner refused to speak to either of us after multiple attempts to contact her about this shady business practice. Traumatizing clients by rejecting them for things that are out of their control is a disgusting thing for a "therapy" practice to do."
