"After months of effort, the issue has finally been resolved. However, the resolution required significant time and resources to rectify a multitude of errors, which ultimately were attributable to the individual at the front desk, perhaps Nellie or another employee. While I recognize that mistakes can happen, I cannot condone the unprofessional and unacceptable conduct displayed by this individual during every interaction. Her demeanor was consistently snarky and defensive, and on one occasion she even hung up the phone without the courtesy of saying goodbye. As a customer, I believe that representatives of a business should demonstrate respect towards all customers and colleagues. Unfortunately, due to the behavior of this employee, I regret that I cannot return to this establishment as long as she remains employed there."

"The front desk lady Nealie referred to my as dumb. Not sure that’s real “life coach” material nor good for my mental health. Avoid at all costs."

"Dr. Stoddard dropped me as a patient due to my job being extremely unpredictable which caused me to re-schedule my appointments several times. This has also nullified my FLMA paperwork and caused me great mental distress which has caused a massive increase my anxiety and lack of self worth."

"Very unethical! The so called “Dr” Smith Did diagnose my child without ever seen him or evaluating him properly and wrote a letter to the court recommending to continue exposure to his mother in coma with no caring about my child situation, past traumas, regression behavior, or prolonged mourning which another child therapist who is actively seen my child and who evaluated him properly did recommend against continue the trauma on my child. His acts will have consequences on my child live and mental health. Very irresponsible and unethical mental health provider, I’m outraged as a physician seen this kind of practice going on."
