I got a basic manicure with a clear polish and it was exactly what I wanted without her trying to upsell me or talk me out of taking off my acrylics. You can tell she cares about the health of your nails. Krystina’s place was clean, she had autoclaved instruments (something I care a lot about) she was extremely pleasant and I got to pet her sweet therapy bunny, Oreo.
