"I recommend this place to everyone that wants to start or change therapists. I've been going for years and I've finally found a schedule that helps me. they are super flexible and provide resources and helps me regulate my anxiety with regular visits. I really do love this place."
"I got the impression based on the way I was treated that they are not interested in helping people with difficult or persistent mental health problems. I was seriously questioning my value as a human being when I came to them and I was rejected by two of their therapists (after establishing a good rapport) - not a "good fit." Technically speaking therapists aren't obligated to treat you - they can kick you out at will. Just because they can doesn't mean they should - and I think it's dangerously irresponsible to do so in a mental health setting without carefully managing the transition to a provider who is a "better fit.""
