"I made an appointment here because I did not want to go to bcmh anymore, thinking they would be better. I arrive for my intake appointment and the front desk informed me that the therapist didn’t show up and they didn’t know why he wasn’t there. She told me that they would call me to reschedule and its 5 days after my appointment and I still haven’t received a call to reschedule my appointment. Which is very frustrating and disappointing because I looked forward to starting services here. Just shows how much they really care for clients mental health."

Bret was only counselor who really listened to my son and understood what he was going through and got to the root of the cause. He’s been such a blessing for our entire family. "I sent both of my children here with two different counselors. I found that the counselors were great. However, the management here is extremely unprofessional. I had multiple issue with billing and our counselor quit because of "ethic and morality issues she had with the management around patient confidentiality". We moved to a new facility with our counselor because we loved her so much. I do NOT recommend using services at this facility"
