"Never called me back. Called me back after I left this post. However the spravato treatment center said that they didn't have my referral. It was sent to them twice. I called them more than 10 times and left messages.I don't think I will ever get in for the treatment."

"I can't say enough positive things about this place. From Detox, through the program at the house. This was my first time in treatment for addiction with no clue what to expect. The facility is very modern, the staff are steeped in CBT recovery techniques, and most group facilitators are well into their own recovery. "I fully believe Sanford saved my life. With addiction being my disease I was in rough shape when I arrived. I was scared but willing to go and do the work. The staff made detox as comfortable as possible and the transition to residential was smooth. From medical, therapeutic, group peer sessions, the wonderful nutritious food, and room settings I was put at ease and was able to focus on my recovery as they dealt with my insurance company and payment plans. Having phone access to call family, limited cell phone time, and twice a week "excursions" helped make the process feel less institutional.
