"I've been in therapy here for almost a year, with two different therapists, and have loved it! My therapist E was great and I totally recommend her as she is a great listener and is ready to work through issues with tactical results and help. The building is always clean & calming with free waters/coffee. I have had issues with their billing once/twice, and yes there is some copay even if your insurance 'covers it.' But overall they are quick to resolve issues, help me re-schedule/cancel appointments, and my anxiety has certainly lessened since beginning therapy here. Thank you E, you are so good at your job queen!!"

"I do not recommend. The billing department is shady. They tried to bamboozle me and say I need to pay a co pay when the whole time both my insurances fully cover services. I can only imagine how many people are paying out of pocket for payments they don't have to. And this is an error I caught, not them. They finally admitted that I wouldn't have to pay a copay or anything after I called them out after them insisting I would be charged initially. Any place with under a 4.0 rating is red flag anyway. It's sad how they take advantage of vulnerable people in need seeking therapy. It's really like this. If your insurance or insurances cover 100% of the costs. They still won't be satisfied and bill you personally an additional $20 or so for you to pay out of pocket. Just another way for them to make money and not want things to be easy for their clients financially. Sure, if you call them out on it and threaten to cancel services they'll correct it and say you don't have to pay anything but that's something we should not have to do or everyone would know to do."

"I went here to get diagnosed with ADHD, the lady did the test on me was really nice but never actually explained my diagnosis in detail what so ever. They were EXTREMELY unhelpful, they would not call me back and email me back. I had just wanted them to actually send me my diagnosis report and after 10 different attempts at contacting them I just gave up."

"Loved my therapist while I was a client there, but the billing department gave me so much stress and anxiety. They would take out random payment amounts at random times, and being on a tight budget at the time this was not helpful. I then switched my payments from credit card to check so that I could manage my funds a lot easier, and they accused my therapist of stealing money without even checking where the payments were placed securely! I would not recommend this place to anyone, and it's sad because it's not the therapist's fault."

"Life Journey has amazing therapists! It’s easy to make an appointment as well. There are also offices in Lowell which have horses next to the offices- which is very relaxing! My favorite mini horse chip lives next to one of the offices I attached a picture of him!"
