"My dog has stayed here twice. The second time when I picked up my puppy, he and all his bedding smelled of urine! I was so upset. Usually I tip them for services (as I do any service) but once my dog was handed over to me, it was clear as day the smell I smelled. I smelled it on him and all his stuff. All I could think was he wasn't let out but maybe once or twice a day. Or another big dog lifted his leg on him when walking by or however the area's are they are kept in. Also, they only open a very very short period time for you to pick up your pet. It's not a place I'll be returning."
