"This business is a JOKE, don't bring your animals here. This lady is so rude, and doesn't even do very good work. She charges too much and then does terrible paperwork. Quit calling us saying we have an appointment with you! We will never come back to your musty, moldy cat piss smelling basement. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROOMER TO ANYONE! Yes, our puppy had 2 fleas, we didn't know he had fleas, we just got him and took to vet for shots, they said he was fine. Dogs arrive at groomer shops with fleas all the time, and the shop owners don't freak out like you did. They give the dog a flea bath and let the owner know. You freaked out like it was the end of the world! And don't even try to say you groomed him, you barely trimmed anything off, and it looked horrible. Be more professional and understanding. You aren't a nice person to deal with. Now you are messaging my wife with threats of exposing us to local groomers! LoL thats, hilarious.! Our dog no longer has the 2 fleas you took off him and I've already called all the local groomers and asked what they would do if a pet came in with fleas... You over-reacted and you know it. Now lose my wife's number and quit sending threatening messages to her with pictures of my Facebook profile you creep. And now you have friends of yours messaging my wife. You are just making this worse for yourself. I wasn't even going to leave a review, I thought this was over with a month ago!? Except today, you had to call my wife talking about we didn't show up for an appointment???? We would NEVER make another appointment with you after the way you acted. There was no need for you to call us for any reason ever again. Why are you harassing us? Your house was so dirty and smelled so bad we probably got the fleas from you, and quit sending us random pictures you found on google of dogs with fleas. I have messages of you saying it was only 2 fleas and then you even gave them to us, with the so called "infected plastic comb" that you can never use again. You are rediculous, it's plastic, clean it. I feel sorry for any of your future customers."
