"Waltons Pet Parlor could use a lot of assistance from the esthetics down to the customer service. I spoke with a groomer who stated that toenail trimming was $10, only to learn at the point of service it was $15 by the receptionist. The expression on my face prompted the young woman to say..."the owner said the service was $15. I was sadly disappointed in the response. The receptionist asked if I wanted to speak to the owner, I replied yes. Needless to say, the owner, no name given asked who quoted that price. I was terribly annoyed although she obliged the previous quote, because none of that mattered when there is no display of a price list of services. There is however a useless flyer available to reflect the hours of operation and phone number. The important component which solidifies the business is not available. Which led me to think prices are quoted arbitrarily. At the end of the day Neiman Marcus price points should reflect the beauty, cleanliness and positive vibes of the establishment. Of which it does not. If you don't mind blindly paying for a service, then this place is for you. And don't forget this place is dingy in color and depressing in appearance without a price list!"
