"This was my 2nd visit with my dog buddy. My first visit I was really satisfied with the cut and brushing, he was well groomed. But this 2nd visit by the time I got home I was absolutely covered in fur. When I got home I brushed him as I always do to see how well he's been brushed out, I removed lots of knots left in his fur as well as lots of loose hair. Very disappointing. I will call and let them know as I'm not sure which groomer had him today but I don't recommend whoever she was."

"They have always done a good job but this one lady that does her grooming. She had long hair on top with natural white black and blonde highlights. I asked her not to touch that and she cut off all the natural highlights. I cried. The staff is really friendly and the others do a very good job. If you ask them not to do something they don’t all except this one lady. They are very friendly and reasonably priced."
