"This place was recommended to us by some friends after we needed to find a groomer who would be patient with our dog who has severe anxiety at the groomers. Our groomer was Sam. Sam did an amazing job with our dog. She took her time with him and make sure she got all the finer details like the fur in between his paws, long hairs by his mouth, and was very careful around his skin tags. We will be back for sure, Sam thanks for taking care of our old puppy."

"This place used to be really great, but they lost one of their groomers who knew about Aussies and we made the mistake of taking our Aussie back and instead of cutting an inch off with SCISSORS like we agreed, they SHAVED MY DOG! Which never should have been even a thought since Aussies have a double coat. They also CUT HIS WHISKERS, and the cutting job on his belly isn’t even with a few bald spots. I have called them three times and message them on Facebook to try and get a hold of the owner but she is not returning my calls to even discuss why there was confusion."

"Would give 0 stars if I could - When we first started boarding our dogs here, it was an amazing experience but now the last two times have been horrible. When we went to drop of our dogs.. they didn’t schedule us for boarding even though we made the reservations months ago. We were charged $113 extra for services that were NOT done. No bathing. No nail trimming. My dog was given to me & then preceded to pee everywhere (inside and outside) as if he was holding it all day long. The girl who checked us out literally got there 5 minutes until pick up time.. looked like she crawled out of bed and had an attitude. Will not be boarding our dogs here ever again."

"We have done business with Bessie for 10+ years as a groomer. She truly loves dogs and is cares about giving your dog a safe and happy stay. My dog gets exercise and he doesn’t smell when we pick him up. That is a HUGE deal to me. I recommend this kennel completely!"

"Steve was very helpful, he answered all of the questions I had with no problem. We boarded our puppy for 2 days and he was very well taken care of. He also got groomed during his stay; puppy bath, nails clipped and ears cleaned. They also did a fantastic job on his grooming. Our puppy loved everyone at Concord K9. He was very happy and playful like he always is! We will definitely be coming back to Steve when we need to board our puppy. Also, price is very reasonable. I am a very impressed with their services.
