"If you need mental health care, DO NOT GO HERE. Youll be honest about your condition and not taken seriously, neglected to the point you’ll wind up committing yourself bc you care more about your wellbeing than they do. They make you give 24hrs notice, but will cancel your appointment w FOUR HOURS notice or less full well knowing you NEED to be seen and then they don’t even reschedule you (and that happened on my FIRST appointment w my therapist!). How tf are you gonna be in mental health and treat people this way?!?!!!"

"Every single person in their staff is completely useless, assistant manager and 90% of the crew their are selfish and don't care about what happens in your life. If you consider employment here I would look elsewhere as the people you would work with run you through the mud, call in 4 times a week and make you do all the work while they sit around and look nice. What a joke......"

"Terrible things happened due to the lies of northpointe and I would stay as far away as possible if you need any help....find somewhere else I would never recommend them...they are ALL INCOMPETENT in my opinion and experience"
