"On Kyle's website, it say she's non-judgmental and culturally sensitive. I think it's disingenuous for her to promote herself as so open-minded, which it was obvious in the sessions I had with her (even with a mask on) when I said something she didn't like or agree with. She often recommended HUGE life-changing decisions, like when she told me the Copper Country wasn't a good fit for me and I should sell my house and move to a big city, and that was only after a few hours of knowing me. The fee she billed me was $200, which my insurance only covered a fraction of. When I told her that affording therapy was stressing me out, she didn't refer me elsewhere or offer a sliding-scale like other places do. I feel taken advantage of. It seems like she knew we weren't a good fit, but was happy to drain me of my entire HSA anyway."
