"If I could leave no STARS I would!!!! I called the office as soon as they opened to file a complaint. I left a voicemail message with Sam or Sarah waited all day and no one got back to me. My experience felt completely violated!! For me leave the office sit in my car in the parking lot bawling my eyes out because I felt like I was violated. I kept saying during my Pap that it was hurting and it was uncomfortable and there was a lot of pressure and she just kept asking me to "describe my pain and what kind of pain are you feeling exactly" PRESSURE, DISCOMFORT, SHARP PAIN!! Kept saying get repeatedly and I was crying and sweating on the table. And her reaction to that was "Oh my God what's going on up there in a sarcastic tone"!. I would not recommend W.Smith to Anyone Period!"

"Super sarcastic rude very late and unprofessional. I went there as a new patient to get the nexplonon out of my arm. Mind you my appointment was at 3:00 pm I got into the room at 2:30 pm she did not get into the room until 3:45pm. And proceeds to tell me she is not going to remove the nexplonon cause it's the first appointment you have to schedule another appointment for that. Then when I walked out of the room the nexplonon in my arm is expired I want it out its going to ruin my fertility. And then she proceeds to patronize me and was being very condescending. Then proceeds to tell me that I can't get pregnant. I will not be going there again."
