"So Dr Rosen referred my mom to the cancer center at royal Oak Beaumont building 9. Arrived at 3:30ish pm for a 4pm or 430 pm appt. regardless, it’s now 5:33 just was called back. Around 5:15 we were advised that Dr Margolis sees establish patients first before seeing new patients. So by that explanation, we could have been here all night pending the number of established patients there were. So beware folks time is not a concern for these guys"
