"I called to make an appointment with them. The office staff was completely incompetent she said the doctor wouldn’t see me because I wasn’t far enough in the pregnancy. I said what about prenatal care. She said what is prenatal care. Told her nevermind I don’t want an appointment. Are you joking. I would NEVER trust having a baby with them, not knowing what prenatal care is. Completely baffled right now."

"Literally an angel! Dr Kassab is by far the best physician i have ever came across (and i’ve cane across alot)! After years of trying to convince & going to numerous obgyns, Dr Kassab & the grace of God made it happen! She also delivered our biggest blessing! I have been seeing dr kassab for 3 years now. Dr Kassab is the most caring, passionate, knowledgeable dr! She takes her time & is always there for her patients! God bless you Doc!! "Where do I began?? I'll start off by saying this, If there were more than 5 stars I'd give Dr. Kassab a much higher rating! Also I could probably write a chapter book for this review but instead I'll keep it short and sweet. I've had numerous kinds of doctors in my life. Two of which were OBGYN's, but switching over to Dr. Kassab was the best decision I could have ever made! She is by far the most amazing Doctor I have ever had! EVER! She is genuinely caring, takes her time with all of her patients, and is extremely professional with what she does, while making you feel comfortable. I could go on and on but there would never be an ending to this review from how great she is! So if you haven't already noticed, I highly recommend her! She is simply the best of the best!"

"The DR is amazing and she really knows what she's been doing with very friendly I can’t complain about that she’s sweet and great in everything.but unfortunately she got very unprofessional stuff that’s work for her every-time I go for my appointment to see Dr Dina they make me wait every-time for 3 hours 6 hours is like part time schedule work and when u go and ask the front desk when I’m I gonna see the Dr oh the DR is running behind and they will tell u this for the whole 6 hours waiting it’s wast less to have appointments and u can’t get in at the same time and even when I call they keep me on hold and every 10 minutes someone else answer the phone calls and here u go u spending 30 to 40 minutes in phone than they tell u we don't have any opining we’re fully booked because they scheduled 100 people at the same time and the place is always fully booked there is no space to set or move very crowded I end up missing work every time I go for my appointment and my other appointment that’s I’ve at the same day and I have to drive 45 minutes just to go and set there spend all day there wasting my time because of her unprofessional team I think it's time for Dr to get new stuff and professional ones not people sets there and give 6 people same time appointments they think people have no life I’ve never experience something like this in my life so long short story I wish DR Dina read this and do something about it I’ll never go back there again no matter what I just feel bad for the DR because the stuff she has they will make her loss most of her patience they really need a good manager to manage schedules and appointments and phone calls 100 girls sitting at the front desk just chitchatting with each others they don’t care what’s going on and who’s in who’s out"
