"I recently had a hysterectomy and could not be happier with Dr. Ghuznavi. She took time to answer my questions and helped me to make the best, most informed decision for myself, without pushing me to have surgery. I know I made the right choice, because I feel better than I have in months!! Robotic hysterectomy is the way to go, such a quick and easy recovery!! Her office staff is friendly and polite and I've never waited more than a few minutes before seeing her. Would recommend her to anyone, and Troy Beaumont hospital to anyone!!"

"Dr. Ghuznavi is amazing but her front office staff are incompetent, petty and ignorant! They are all in need of an intense customer service boot camp and also an intervention to add. If you are an expecting mother do not bother coming to this office and save yourself the frustration and high blood pressure they will give you with their unprofessional service. This is the kind of service you would expect going to a junkyard or low end bar not one you would ever expect from a professional practice especially one that deals with expecting mothers. You think they would be kind and go extra out of their way to make it a stress-free worry-free experience but no not this front office staff. Super tacky is what to expect! The doctor needs to get rid of all of them because they are hurting her reputation and practice!!!"

"I have been struggling with terrible cycles. My bleeding was heavy, I was in pain, and I was miserable. I had been seeing an OB/GYN for over 10 years but I really was not 100% satisfied. I shouldn't settle on my doctor! The receptionist that I spoke with was so polite and professional. She answered my questions and didn't rush me through the call. I even felt welcomed right away! (Good sign I thought...) The office itself was very clean, the medical assistant who took my vitals and got me ready for the doctor was great too! She had been working in OB for over 20 years! I was impressed. She loved her job and that showed. That made me feel good and relaxed. The staff spoke highly of the doc, I was excited to meet her! Look, no one likes the OB/GYN! I have never heard a woman say.... OMG, I can't wait for my PAP!!!!! (LOL!!!) It is an unavoidable part of being a woman. I figure as long as you have a doc you trust, a facility that is clean and a staff that is kind, empathetic and look happy to be at work! Then your're golden! Hey….make the best of those stirrups! Thank you Dr. Ghuznavi! You and your staff are truly an exceptional team! I will definitely refer family and friends!"
