"The lady who does the check out procedure is extremely rude. Every single time I have been to this office, she acts like she is miserable, and bothered that she has to do anything for you. The office manager and Doctors here really need to take a good look at their office staff."

"Let me start by saying the doctor was nice and did a good job. The employees however did not. They made my moms experience extremely negative and here’s why: For my mom’s 2pm appointment on 8/31, the front desk arab/tan receptionist woman wearing a hijab lied about nobody in the office speaking arabic when my mom asked on the phone, come to find out upon walking in, several employees are. My mother then asked for help filling out a form and the woman told her that she doesn’t get paid enough to help and to take the form home for one of her kids to help her?? My mom said i’m already here why would I go home and come back to fill out a form when you can just help me. When my mom told her she doesn’t speak english the 3 coworkers looked at each other and laughed. they were chit chatting the whole time before she walked in, yet when she walks in they can’t help her?"

"Let me start this by saying I absolutely love John Leahy, a great doctor. Unfortunately, majority of the office staff is HORRIBLE. We've had countless issues with this clinic, from not receiving calls about health issues, medications to rude comments made to my daughter, who's a first time mother. The first ultrasound was absolutely rude and made uncomfortable by the tech. The office staff is not helpful AT ALL, they are rude if you ask questions, on top of having the worst attitudes. And this has been EVERY visit. She's currently 28 weeks. This office is an absolutely a disgrace to Beaumont health care... Currently searching for a new office. Pregnancy is beautiful and everyone is entitled to being treated respectfully. These visits should not be leaving us with anxiety over our next visit. If I could rate them a zero stars, I would. Again, the Dr is great, but the entire front staff is absolutely HORRID."
