Better Women's Care

"I'd like to share my unfortunate experience with Dr. Korial Atti publicly. During my labor, he displayed impatience and unprofessional behavior, responding rudely when I questioned the need for a c-section. He threatened to leave and have a resident handle the delivery if I didn't comply with his recommendation. Being in excruciating pain and feeling vulnerable, I reluctantly agreed, losing my trust in him completely. The last thing a women want to hear during labor with all the pain I was going through I had to stop and turn around to deal with him in addition to my pain, tears and suffering .The resulting c-section scar was high, bumpy, wide, and unsightly compared to the ones from my subsequent c-sections with different doctor, who stitched me more skilfully. I believe I could have had a natural birth, but he seemed in a hurry and unwilling to wait or may be c section is more profitable than natural labor ?. I want others to be aware that there are knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate doctors out there, and I don't recommend Dr. Korial Atti based on my experience."

"Dr. Cardwell was referred by my Primary Care and is through, patient and listens to all of your concerns. She explains everything and is genuine. My only issue was waiting for results of a biopsy and having to come in, rather a phone call or viewing the results online. Other than that, I highly recommend Dr. Cardwell :)"

"Been a patient of Dr. Atty going on 20+ years--since I left college. He is one of the best OBGYNs. Very caring , patient and always thorough. I had a minor outpatient surgery and had a bad reaction to waking up from anaesthesia. He was was super and called me at home the next day to make sure I was still feeling okay. I would recommend him to any woman needing a OB-GYN."

"STAY AWAY! These people DO NOT want customers! I wanted to change to the female physician, since on my first appointment I had to go with Dr. Atty due to an emergent situation. Called to schedule with Dr. Cardwell and was told they do not switch patients...wait what?? I'm the member and I want to see the physician of my choosing. New Gyn for me. Office is rude anyway. Just wanted an African Americn female Dr and I heard great reviews about her. Guess I better find better sources!"
