"So disappointed with how this place operates now. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and after my last visit, I wont be coming back. I drive about an hour away to see my doctor and yesterday was the last time. The staff is usually not so friendly, but i can care less since i’m not there to see them. My appointment was at 2pm. I got there early, about 130. I got called in around 215. This place usually runs late so it wasn’t anything new to me. The nurse takes me to a room and asks her questions. She was kind and friendly. Tells me to get undressed and the doctor should be in shortly. I waited over 45 minutes for my doctor to come in. She never showed. Not once did I have someone come in and let me know they were running late. Like I said, I’m used to the appointments being late but not THIS late. So I ended up walking out. I passed the nurse on my way out and she said “you have to go?” I let her know that this was ridiculous and kept walking out. I was furious and ended up calling the office back to let them know I had left and the receptionist just acted as if it was totally fine and did not care one bit. I couldn’t believe how unapologetic she was. No phone call from the office to mention rescheduling and no apology from the office either. So insensitive."

"Look elsewhere ladies! I called 2-3 weeks ago for a new client appointment because I’m in need of a new OBGYN. Front desk told me to bring in my insurance card, fax over labs from my GP, and arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Day of my appt (after I rearranged my own clients at my job to make this early morning appt) I walked in the office at 9:30 am, and the ladies at the front desk told me my appt didn’t exist. Carelessness and unorganization like this is a clear representation of the doctor. No thanks, I’ll pass."

"Dr horowitz is the worst dr ive ever seen!...i am new to the area so i was looking for a new obgyn...shes rude! I like "to the point" drs but she was just plain rude! Not to mention she called me made me make an appointment to go in instead of just calling me to tell me what she was gonna say, so now i owe her money for the consult, when she couldve just called me and told me hey im gonna refer u over to a specialist...but nope! She had to have me come in so she can charge me!..phoney and shady is what she is!. .id give her zero stars if i could! She deserves nothing! Terrible terrible experience!...save ur time and money!"
