"They keep training people during my doctors visits without asking me if I’m comfortable with that. They are not keeping up with my notes and did a pregnancy test after I already had an ultra sound. They are writing false information on my chart. And they are not explaining things to me clearly. The doctor on my last 2 visits is very rude. Also this is my first pregnancy and I was extremely rushed through my first ultrasound."

"I do not recommend coming here. I was diagnosed with multiple ovarian cysts with severe pain for the past YEAR and I had two appointments here. The first appointment she did an examination and gave me no solution or anything for my cysts. The second she stayed in office for 5 minutes to tell me that I should take birth control or do surgery. She was so insistent on birth control it was annoying. When I tried calling for the surgery, she clearly didn’t care and never called back. Don’t even get me started on trying to book an appointment here it is literal hell. They won’t let you book appointments two to three months in advance cause “it’s too early” and then when you call them later they will say “oh no, all the appointments are booked”. It’s a waste of time and money to come here honestly just go somewhere else."

"If you have the option to go anywhere else, you should. They make you undress from the waist down even if you don’t need to be checked. It’s just for their convenience. So instead of reading your chart and figuring out if the doctor even needs you undressed they just ask you to do it and sit and wait in a cold room until they are good and ready to come talk to you."

"Went here for years under dr carigle once he left I stayed I went back to back for 2 years straight, being given ultrasounds and other test. I had past issues so I was concerned after being examined several times and told I was ok. Given meds along with other things IUD, birth control and still no improvement. I went to another dr. I found out I had cancer stage 3 and the dr retired shortly after. I had to have chemo, radiation and other treatment I'm healing. You can only sue up to 6 months after you find out of misdiagnosing dx. So I’m stuck with all the medical bills after fighting for my life! I wouldn’t recommend my puppy here because that was in my hx and they could have looked further and didn’t! Sad very sad! I’m just grateful I went somewhere else!"

"I had a miscarriage less than a week ago. My Doctor did not seem to have any sympathy for my loss. She was cold and callous, she asked me why I was trying to have kids at 40. She stated they only deal with low level risk patients in that office and I should go to a fertility expert. If that was the case why should you have billed my insurance and seen me if I’m at the wrong doctor. She wanted to check me and I wasn’t aware this was apart of my visit. The staff stated she’d be back to let me know if I needed to change my clothes to get checked and did not return. I felt very upset very uncomfortable and will not ever return to your hospital for any service. I’d rather go to Henry Ford Downtown or West Bloomfield before you ever deal with my family for any care ever. It’s seems your staff had forgotten what beside manner is and proper patient care."
