"Not so great experience despite many great reviews…. Very disappointed. Expecting mothers, go somewhere else. I waited 30 minutes beyond my appointment time in an empty waiting room for my first ultrasound appointment. Once I was checked in, the ultrasound tech informed me that I wasn't allowed record my ultrasound visit per office rules and that we would also not be hearing the heartbeat during this appointment. This is my last pregnancy, so I really wanted to cherish every moment and was disappointed with these “rules.” Then, I didn’t actually get to meet one of the doctors, I was introduced to a nurse practitioner. The NP was sweet but I feel it is important to meet your doctor, especially on the first visit, it’s comforting too. Not to mention, this entire office looks and feels like it was pulled out of the 80’s - very outdated. Save the headache, find another OB."

"My experience with Dr. Katz and the rest of the staff at Walnut Lake was, by far, the best gynecology experience I've ever had. I was slightly nervous to see a male doctor as that isn't something I've done before but Dr. Katz was so kind and allowed me the time and space to talk through all of my concerns. On top of that, I felt like he was genuinely listening and actually cared about what I had to say. After my appointment, I immediately called two of my closest friends in the area to encourage them to go see Dr. Katz -- 10/10 experience!"

"I had my first appointment ever at this office. I worked with doctor Rachel O'keefe. She was extremely kind and felt sincere with the time that she spent with me. She was knowledgeable and talked about different options to help treat my complications. It's awesome that their office has their own ultrasound machines and technician right there. So they're able to discuss with you the results that day. Upon leaving, She was still present and walked me to the scheduler. She then works with the scheduler to schedule the next appointment. You really feel cared for here at this office. She also provided recommendations for a primary care doctor, which I did not have. Then, she also provided a referral for physical therapy at truwell. My first call to them, and I already had a wonderful experience. I'm very, very blessed and happy to be able to work with a doctor and kind office."
