"This is the first time I have been here. He asked questions and herd what I had to say about my dog. He did a great job of giving her a hair cut, trimming her nails he cut them to short and she was bleeding all night at home."

"Jack the clipper is horrible. We took our German shepherd there for his very first time to get his nails done and he did them so fast he cut every nail to short and made them bleed. This is so wrong!!! Now we struggle to even touch his paws! I would NEVER EVER recommend him to anyone!!!"

We are so pleased with Jack's treatment of our 3 dogs, not to mention the amazing grooming he has done on our 2 little ones, Kahlua and Champagne. Our third big dog Kessler has an appointment today and I am sure he will be treated just as well. He follows our instructions to the letter and cares for the dogs as if they were his own.
