"I have stayed here a few times and every single time we have had to stay here it’s been awful. This most recent trip with the worst. We checked in and got to our room. The hallways smelled like weed and our room smelled like an ashtray. The room was so gross, there was a ring of filth in the toilet, half the lights in the room didn’t work, there was no towels besides the one you put on the floor for a shower. The comforters on both bed had brown stains ALL over them. Don’t bother calling the front desk, they don’t answer the phones. We went down there and the clerks were nowhere to be found. We waited for about 10 minutes before we just went to Walmart and bought 2 blankets. People were running up and down the hallways all night, again…no answer from the front desk. The jacuzzi was closed because someone pooped in there, and the pool was freezing. My kids lips were turning blue. Not to mention the chemical burns we had to go to urgent care for. The price of the hotel is ridiculous especially since we had to foot the bill for urgent care for 2 kids, but our own blankets and no front desk service. Definitely a hotel for the locals to hangout at. Avoid the riff raff and stay at one of the nicer hotels down the road. This place is absolutely terrible."

"These rooms are beautiful, clean, and cozy. Not to mention they offer discounts for truck drivers. The front desk attendant was amazingly sweet. She saw my license and asked if I was a truck driver. She then gave me a discount, upgraded me to a suite, and gave me a goody bag with snacks and water in it. If you’re a trucker looking for a great place to stay, come here! They have laundry, pool, gym, and a business room. If that’s not enough, they are so friendly and sweet. Just what I needed after a super long day. If I’m in the area again, I’ll be back."

"The room was clean and the front desk staff was helpful. The pool was warm.ish, but the pool room itself was kinda chilly as it has doors that go directly outside. There's a hot tub too! And the pool was open til 11 or 12a.m"

"The staff was pretty awesome during an event I filmed. They were nice, well, most of them, helpful, and efficient. My complaint is to that people were having to plunge their own toilets and one staff wasn't so friendly about the plunger and kept telling others to plunge it themselves. Not cool especially for the price some paid for their rooms, which were messed up in the room block as well. We didn't pay to be our own maintenance people at a service industry location."

"Don't walk, but run to this hotel! It is so cozy and extremely beautiful, and I had a wonderful stay there. The views in the room are mesmerizing, and the service is so good. The food is so delicious especially their waffles are a must-try! They have a pool and gym which are so useful and great pastimes. I recommend this hotel to everyone! Its so quiet and kid-friendly and pet-friendly! Definitely will be staying there again!!"
