"Dr. Krause has been my OB since 2014. She has been my prenatal care provider with all 3 of my children. My first pregnancy did not go as planned and my water ended up rupturing at 32 weeks I was 18 and scared to death. Dr Krause not only took the time to explain every possible outcome she also made sure that both my baby and I had the best care plan in place. We ended up holding off labor for 4 weeks and had a successful delivery. Fast forward 6 years (2021, COVID) and I have baby number 2 on the. With all of my known health issues, Dr. Krause continued to encourage me to stay positive and that every pregnancy is different. We successfully had a full term pregnancy I delivered my baby at 36 weeks on the dot and Krause encouraged me all the way through the delivery. Now I am on baby #3 (2022) and I feel very comfortable with all of Krause's medical decisions/advice regarding my prenatal care.. I am very thankful that she has been able to care for me with all of my children. She is dedicated, honest, hard working and we have built a very comfortable patient/DR relationship. I highly recommend Dr. Krause."

"Met with Doctor Krause for the first time yesterday. Her bedside manner was impeccable. She was thoughtful, kind and emphethic. She talked me through an entire procedure and reassured me when I started getting anxious and emotional. Excellent job of putting things in layman's terms and making sure I understood. "I had a vaginal hysterectomy with Dr. Krause on June 27th and had a great experience. Months before the surgery she sat down and discussed the surgery and asked if I had any questions. She never made me feel like she was in a hurry and seemed truly concerned about my feelings regarding the upcoming procedure. The day before the operation she called me at home to see if I had any questions or concerns, and to make sure I knew what to expect the following day. I spent one night in Holland Hospital and she said she’d arrive at 9am the next day for discharge. She arrived at 8:45, again sat down and thoroughly discussed all of my discharge instructions and questions. It was so refreshing to have a doctor take the time to make me feel like I mattered. She has great bedside manner and surgical skills, as I have been practically pain free since the operation."

"I'm a current patient, actually just had surgery with her today. Her surgical skills are great, I'm feeling pretty good but her patient relationship skills are in need of improvement. I had the option to go home instead of spending the night in the hospital, but it took the nurses 3 tries to get her to respond to messages. After contacting the on call Dr, Lenters he approved my discharge but there is one big issue. I have no prescription here from Dr Krause for pain control. She did not leave me one, also she never came back to talk with me after surgery. The on call doc is not pleased. I feel terrible for the nursing staff having to listen to me vent, my husband vent and not be able to change much. It's nice to have had a major surgery and your Dr forget about you. Oh and to make this nicer, if I choose to recover at home tonight not only do I not get pain meds but I have to have my husband drive us an hour to her office to get them, and an hour back home. There is nothing that can make this right, but I certainly hope that others can learn from my experience. And hey, I'm a super easy patient to work with I'm patient and have even made excuses for others when they aren't on time... There is no excuse for this."
