"This was the first time I stayed at this hotel. The accommodations were great and my room was beautiful. The man at the front desk during check in was super kind and helpful. The only negative was the shampoo bottle in my shower was empty. I could’ve called customer service but I was only there 1 night and didn’t realize it until I was already showering so I didn’t see a point."

"Our experience was completely unsatisfactory and unacceptable. We were checked in and provide a room with a bathroom that was clearly not cleaned before our arrival - urine all over the seat, feces on the seat itself, feces stains in the toilet bowl. We notified the front desk - they moved us to a different room, after being told cleaning staff only works for 3-4 hours a day. The second room, the bathroom was at least tolerable - still had feces marks on the seat along with some feces stains in the bowl. I had to clean it myself for my family, as there was no one to clean it. Upon the first use of the toilet, it clogged - and it shouldn't have. I notified the front desk again and was literally handed a plunger. We had to plunge our own toilet. Completely disgusting and not acceptable for a Hilton hotel. In addition, the comforter in the room also had black marks on it - at this point, I chose to ignore that along with the odd yellow looking spill like stain on the wall along one of the beds. We were stuck - as there was a competition in the area and unable to secure a different hotel. And yet, we had to pay full price for the total Hilton experience. I will not return to this hotel and further question whether I would stay at any Hilton chain hotel again."
