"It was a good experience. The rooms were quite large. Very good for the price. The only bummer is they don't have a hot tub. Otherwise good experience and great price."
"Girlfriend and I stayed this past weekend and left with bed bug bites all over our bodies. Staff at first was only offering a $100 refund but after discussion gave us back a full refund. Staff confirmed maintenance found bugs inside our room. Regardless of receiving a full refund, it doesn’t change the fact we left with bed bug bites. I don’t recommend this hotel!!"
"Wonderful stay! Was told it's under management and it really seems to be working. Front desk was really friendly and helpful. They gave me great direction and must sees in Dundee. Was able to take time to enjoy the pool. Finally a pool that was not to cold to enjoy. They had something for everyone to enjoy for breakfast. Definitely will be staying here again when I travel through."
"If you're looking for a place to sleep for the night this would suffice. Good location. The room decor is outdated but that is never my top concern. However having lights is and there unfortunately weren't any light bulbs over our sink/vanity. We called down to front desk and they said they would bring some up but they never did and by the time we got back from the game we didn't care. We were just getting up and leaving in the morning. The queen beds seem small but from what i could tell they were bug free. I did discover what looked to be dried up snot/boogers on the top blanket as i was getting into bed. I just tried to not think about it. The front desk staff was very nice and gave me a great tip to always call the hotel directly to book your room. We booked thru the offical website several weeks before and when I called the day of to confirm our arrival she said they were overbooked and that it was a good thing I was coming in early. I would hate to be the last 4 people who checked in later to discover they had no place to sleep. Breakfast had individually wrapped muffins and breakfast sandwiches as well as bagels, and waffles. Water and coffee. I passed on the bowl of overripe Bananas. Maybe they'll make banana bread with them. Overall I am glad my stay was just 1 night. The price was about $130."
