"This place is filled with cockroaches and bed bugs. There was a mattress in the hallway with blood stains on it leaning up against the wall. I asked for a refund and instead of getting a refund my card was charged again. I have still yet to receive a refund. The front desk clerk threatened to shoot my bf and when I asked for corporate number he told me to look it up myself. This place is nasty, bug filled and basically don’t check in because they will scam you and charge your card I still have not received my refunds ( and this was a month ago) warning to all pass this hotel up they should be shut down and prosecuted for credit card fraud. If I could give negative I would because this hotel and staff do not even deserve 1 star."
"Bagels were stale no butter or cream cheese available. Breakfast was lame. No oatmeal or dry cereal. Yogurt was short dated. Room was set up kattywompass. Fridge and microwave were on the floor blocking the path to the heater/ window, giant blue extension cord in middle of floor. tv was not center to desk, desk was not center to room. Visible stains on the bed spread."
"The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had car trouble & they helped find a service station that was open on Saturday. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Free coffee and breakfast snacks were great!"
"This place is disgusting and creepy. The carpet was covered in cigarette burns. The bed had stains all over and the sheets were the same. The peephole was missing from our door...the door lock was broken. My husband put a table against it to try to make it feel a little more secure. The whole place gave us the creeps!!! The window was wide open, the chair was gross and everything was cacked with a grimy grease layer. The TV didn't work and the walls were covered in black spots. The mirror directly facing the bed is sealed to the wall, he thought it was a 2 way mirror, it felt like we were being watched and that alone was enough for my husband to say it's wasn't a safe place to stay there. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. We weren'teventhere for5 minutes...DO NOT STAY HERE....IT SHOULDN'T BE OPEN."
"Terrible experience! We booked a king bed room, non-smoking, that had a couch. In addition I am disabled with a service dog. The room stinks of cigarette smoke, burn holes in the comforter, and the couch was broken to the point of being unusable. Everything is extremely old and disgusting dirty from age. The woman at the front desk demanded certification papers for my service dog, which I tried to explain that service dog’s do not have certification papers or tags, which I had to reiterate several times because she was insistent that I had to have papers. Finally, I said, we are from Wisconsin and we clearly have different laws. To which she responded with “whatever”. Despite the fact that the laws I was referencing were federal laws for the USA. My husband went to the front desk to tell them the problems with our room and asked if we could have a usable couch. They said they would look into it. My husband came back and said he doubted they would do anything because they made him feel as if they didn’t care. He was right and they never addressed or tried to accommodate our request. Their kids are all over the hotel, disrespectful, and up until all hours of the night and simply must not sleep during the day either. At one point I needed to sit in a chair with a supportive back, so I went to the lobby. The kids wanted to play with my dog, I told them no. Then the woman behind the counter came back into the lobby with her kids and brought them over to where I was sitting with her kids saying “DOGGY!” I again told them no, asked that they ignore her because she is NOT a normal pet. The woman then asked the kids to Leave the dog alone but acted as if I was the unreasonable one. Oh! And the bathroom fan is hanging from the ceiling and is inoperable. And what is with the pink stain on the ceiling??? Not the worst hotel we have stayed in, but pretty close. I have attached photos, and hopefully they do not try and charge me for the problems with this place."
