"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Motel 6, where several issues left a lasting negative impression. Unfortunately, the conduct of staff member Bri was consistently unprofessional, and it seemed evident that her job responsibilities were not being fulfilled adequately. Equally concerning is the apparent lack of discretion in the hiring process, as observed through loitering issues near the far entrance. This not only compromised the safety and comfort of guests but also raised questions about the overall professionalism of the staff. Additionally, my experience was marred by repeated instances of misinformation from the manager, Alex, regarding the cleanliness of our room. This not only inconvenienced us but also cast doubt on the credibility of the management. In light of these concerns, I strongly urge Motel 6 to address these issues promptly and implement necessary improvements. As a guest, I believe it is essential for the establishment to uphold the expected standards of professionalism and service. I sincerely hope that these matters will be given the attention they deserve to enhance the overall guest experience."

"Great place for pool party just don't stay past 730pm cause that's when others start turning in. Pool was nice and refreshing, services- I made a reservation and the guy at the front counter tried to charge me more at first, then made if right. It's very convenient if you like to shop, need a pharmacy or gas , convenient store, hungry and the rooms are clean"

"My wife and I stayed for a week while in town on business. The location is close to restaurants and all your shopping needs, and the fact that we could bring our furry child, (dog) with us makes it that much more appealing. The staff is amazing as well. Great job!!! Keep up the good work!!!"

"There is a motel 6 side and a Grand inn(weekly) side and the front desk is responsible for both sides. The manager Alex and the front desk staff member Michael (glasses and mustache) are extremely professional and polite. In my opinion they both go above and beyond to provide and maintain excellence. The thin blonde employee who works the front desk at night is unfortunately extremely rude and unprofessional. She does her best to taint the motel 6 brand with her irrational, yet immature tendencies. You quickly notice she is very unpleasant person within the first 30 seconds of talking to her or observing how she talks to people. Michael,Alex, and the older lady that retired September 11th are the reason there is 5 stars for service, without those three people I'd rate the service negative -3."
