"Check in was easy and fast. They even allowed me to check in early! My room was in the back and their is parking right in front of my room. Rooms are clean and spacious. Heat works amazing and quieter than most. But my absolutely favorite part is the Ivys (plants) growing in the office, because I travel with an Ivy."
"Super nice, clean rooms. I was very impressed by how clean the bathroom was and how quiet the room was. The person at the front desk was also very nice and personable. Great value for the money!"
"*Edited*My favorite Aunt came to visit and she was completely blown away by literally everything! The staff was exceptional, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was immaculate! And the price was less than it said online! She was very impressed by this motel! *EDIT* When she got home she realized they charged her almost $40 more than he said and more than the receipt shows. Beware, if you are on a fixed income. They refused to reverse the extra charges and say they are "fees". Any fees charged should be on the bill! Will never recommend this motel again!"
"Just a room... but it's clean. Another review said it best: it's the nicest non-corporate hotel. Always clean. I've only stayed in off season so I can't attest to service when it's full, but I can say the price, cleanliness, parking and location are great. I've stayed here four times. I stay every time I am in Newaygo area and will continue to do so. Call them direct so you don't pay the extra booking fees from third party agencies."
"Room and bathroom were clean and mostly functioning- we never tried the microwave and the only thing we noticed not working was the constant fan option on the heater. It started out working though. We had the two queen beds. The one I picked was hard as a rock. Wasn't until the next morning that I discovered the other was fairly comfortable. I'm a light sleeper so between the heater coming on and off and the hard bed, I didn't sleep great. If your looking for a clean, no frills place to sleep, this is a good option."
