"This guy is hardly ever in the office. Usually end up taking to his secretaries who are clueless. When you can catch him he is very unorganized. I had made payments over the phone a couple times, and he couldn't remember or lost the records of it. Ended up leaving AAA over serious billing discrepancies. Chris had no interest in even hearing what I thought had happened and couldn't care less that I was cancelling my policy. Just rudely informed me that the balance would be turned over to collections. This guy is a real loser, my advice is to steer clear."
