Albert Sampson: Allstate Insurance

"Allstate has raised my homeowners insurance $800 in 2 years. They never contacted me to let me know that my rate would be increasing. When I contacted them about it they simply said it was because inflation. New homeowner insurance this year."

"Told me to cancel my current insurance before they had confirmation from underwriting about my documents. Now my bill has doubled and I am being forced to pay so I do not lapse my coverage. Then I was told to get new documents or pay the new rate. I even have email proof of my agent telling me my documents were correct and everything is good to go. Now I can't get a response or call back for weeks even after leaving multiple voice-mails and emails. I've never been so frustrated in my life. I would absolutely not recommend this office. They acted very nice and helpful to get my business and as soon as they got me to sign up they just disappeared. Please be aware of this place."
